Job Description:

Hiring Criteria - Essential Skills:
- Effective in both oral and written communication a must.
- Possess an analytical and problem solving methodology.
- Ability to work on a team under deadline pressures.
- Able to follow specific directions without deviation required.
- A high degree of attention to detail and follow through is expected.
- Able to identify critical information and present it in a meaningful way.
- An effective organizer able to prioritize tasks.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Educational requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Associate degree or technical certification highly preferred.
- One new Microsoft certification is required within 90 days of employment.
Experience requirements:
- Able to demonstrate high proficiency with SharePoint.
- Able to employ creative and technical skills to design and update web pages.
- A moderate proficiency with HTML is expected.
- Intermediate skills with Macromedia Flash highly preferred.
- Moderate skills with C Sharp a big plus.
- Ability to create and update web forms a plus.
- Ability to create editable Adobe PDF documents a plus.
- Willing to learn Microsoft® Expression® and Visual Studio on Vista Enterprise.
- Proficiency with Visual BASIC (ASP or ASP.NET) a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Access and MS SQL a plus.
- Experience with setting up and maintaining sites that accept credit cards a plus.
- Skilled creating animated GIF slideshows a plus.
- Knowledge in the use of website promotion techniques a plus.
- Skills as a PC/network technician/ administrator a plus
